In conjunction with the 2014 Charter Schools Rally at the Colorado State Capitol on April 17, the Colorado League of Charter Schools is hosting a student art contest sponsored by S&S Worldwide. There are four age categories. One grand prize winner will be chosen from each age group and winning artwork will be featured in a League publication between summer 2014 and spring 2015. Winning students will be honored at the Colorado State Capitol on Thursday, April 17, 2014, during the Colorado Charter Schools Rally. There will also be one runner up in each age category. All winning artwork will be featured on the League website and will be on display in the Colorado State Capitol Rotunda during the week of April 14 – 17, 2014. Winners will be notified via a phone call to their teacher and/or parent/guardian at least one week prior to the rally so that they can make appropriate arrangements to attend the event.
